Shipping method and delivery area
We use third party companies (Royal Mail, Parcel Force or local companies) for the delivery of our products except those requiring refrigeration, in which case, they are delivered directly by us within the next hour or less after leaving our premises.
We currently deliver cakes and products requiring refrigeration within the Greater London and Surrey areas. All other products are delivered anywhere in the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Please note that deliveries to addresses further from our production facilities may be delayed.
Delivery dates and time
Our delivery dates are from Tuesday to Friday.
Your order will be produced, packaged on the same day or within the first 24 hours before is collected by the delivery company.
Delivery estimate: We will use the delivery date you select as an estimate, but we cannot guarantee it. There is a risk that your order could take one or two days longer to arrive, especially if the delivery company has issues finding your address or weather conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is delayed.
Delivery changes: If you need to make any changes to your delivery address, contact details, or any other information about your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. We may not be able to accommodate changes made after this time.
Shipping notification and tracking
We will notify customers once the delivery of the order is in progress and customers will receive an email notification including shipping tracking number.
Undelivered items
If your order is not delivered, please contact the delivery company with the tracking reference number. If the delivery company is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Refund policy
We cannot offer full refunds for perishable items, even if there were delays by the delivery company. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.
