Returns
All our products cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Because the majority of our products are perishable items, we cannot offer a full refund policy. 

In order to process a refund due to quality of the products, customers are required to take a photo of the product and send it directly to us at hola@sweetnibble.co.uk with the details of the complain.

We cannot refund deliveries that are late or not delivered because the customer was not available to receive them.

However, if you still believe that a refund claim is still applicable, please submit a refund request to us and we will review on case by case basis. Refer to the shipping section of our website for further details on our shipping policy.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
