From the moment we launched Sweet Nibble, our mission has been to share the "soul" of Mexican baking with the entire UK. Thanks to your incredible trust, the Christmas and Día de Reyes season has become our busiest and most festive time of year.

To ensure your celebration is perfect, we want to share some important updates regarding our delivery and service schedule for the upcoming week.

Our Delivery Partners
We work closely with Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS to bring our artisan treats to your doorstep. While we bake every Rosca de Reyes fresh to order using a 24-hour slow-fermentation process, we cannot completely control the delivery timelines once a package leaves our bakery.

Adjusted Holiday Schedule
Due to courier closures on December 25th, 26th, and January 1st, our shipping windows are limited:

Shipping Dates: We will be shipping orders on December 30th, 31st, and January 6th.

Arrivals: Please note that deliveries will not arrive on January 2nd or during the weekends.

Seasonal Delays: Because this is a high-demand season for all couriers, some deliveries may suffer a one-day delay beyond our control.

Important Policy Note: While we strive for excellence, we cannot provide full refunds for orders delivered one day later than requested due to courier delays. We strongly recommend choosing a delivery date one day before your planned celebration to avoid disappointment.

The "Just-Baked" Freshness Secret
If you want to guarantee your Rosca is ready for the big day, we have a pro-tip! You can order your Rosca for delivery on December 31st and keep it in the freezer. When you are ready to celebrate:

• Leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
• Warm it in the oven at 150°C for 7 minutes.
• It will taste exactly like it was just pulled from our oven!.

Local Collection

For our neighbours in London, you can skip the courier entirely by choosing Direct Collection from New Malden at checkout. This is the best way to guarantee your Rosca is in your hands exactly when you need it.

As result of the service disruption faced by different delivery companies, we are changing our refund policy as well as recommending you to request your orders one or two days before your desired consumption day.

On the 22nd December, Royal Mail (our delivery service provider) introduced changes to their services due to the current resourcing issues and high demand caused by introducing new coronavirus restrictions on Saturday 19th December 2020.
